- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and slice each half into wedges.
- In one bowl, place the flour. In a second bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each avocado wedge first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated avocado fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
