Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, milk, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the air fryer basket, leaving space between each fritter.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.

- For a healthier option, you can substitute whole wheat flour for all-purpose flour.
