Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, vegetable oil, and egg.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Line muffin cups with paper liners and fill them with the batter.
- Place the muffin cups in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh blueberries.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
