Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Bites are a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional buffalo wings, perfect for snacking or as an appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup of buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the cauliflower florets in the flour mixture.
  4. Dip the coated florets in buffalo sauce, then roll them in breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the cauliflower bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  8. Once crispy, remove from the air fryer and toss in additional buffalo sauce if desired.
