- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 cup of buffalo sauce
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the cauliflower florets in the flour mixture.
- Dip the coated florets in buffalo sauce, then roll them in breadcrumbs.
- Place the cauliflower bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once crispy, remove from the air fryer and toss in additional buffalo sauce if desired.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can double coat the cauliflower by repeating the dipping process.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
