Ingredients

- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter together until smooth.
- Stir in the powdered sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in the vanilla extract, flour, and salt until just combined.
- Grease ramekins and pour the batter evenly into them.
- Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes.
- Let them cool for a minute before inverting onto plates.
- Serve warm, optionally with ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes
- Ensure not to overcook to maintain the lava center.
