Description

Delicious and spicy air fryer jalapeño poppers filled with cream cheese and topped with crispy bacon.


Ingredients

  • 10 fresh jalapeños
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  5. If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the stuffed jalapeños.
  6. Place the stuffed jalapeños in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until the jalapeños are tender and the tops are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.

  • Adjust the amount of jalapeños based on your spice preference.
  • For a vegetarian version, omit the bacon.
