A delicious and healthy twist on traditional Korean BBQ using cauliflower cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until well coated.
- Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender and slightly crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the level of gochujang to taste for spiciness.
- For a vegan option, use maple syrup instead of honey.
- Serve with rice or as a side dish to your favorite protein.
