Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  4. Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender and slightly crispy.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the level of gochujang to taste for spiciness.
  • For a vegan option, use maple syrup instead of honey.
