Ingredients

  • 12 mini bell peppers
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Cut the mini bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  4. Stuff each pepper half with the cheese mixture.
