Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat each tofu piece in the cornstarch mixture.
  5. Place the coated tofu nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Spray lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
