- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 package spring roll wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, bean sprouts, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Lay a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface and place a spoonful of the vegetable mixture in the center.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll it tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray the spring rolls lightly with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the filling with your favorite vegetables.
- For a spicier kick, add some chili flakes or sriracha to the filling.
- Make sure not to overfill the spring rolls to prevent them from bursting during cooking.
