Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Cook the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
- In a separate bowl, mix apple cider, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard.
- Pour the apple cider mixture over the pork chops in the skillet.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with fresh thyme before serving.
Notes
