Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 large apple, diced
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced apple, chopped pecans, diced celery, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
