- 1 yellow squash, sliced
- 2 tablespoons white miso
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced

- 2 tablespoons cooking oil

- Optional: green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the sliced zucchini and yellow squash; cook for 5 minutes.
- Mix in the white miso, ginger, and coconut aminos, ensuring well combined.
- Taste for seasoning and adjust salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve immediately, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
