Instructions
- Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise, and carefully scoop the yolks into a mixing bowl.
- Add the ripe avocado, lime juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the yolks.
- Mash the mixture until smooth and creamy.
- Fill each egg white with the avocado mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Spice it up by sprinkling with chili powder if desired.
- Garnish each egg with a sprig of fresh cilantro.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
Chill your eggs in an ice bath immediately after boiling to make peeling easier. Customize the filling with additional spices or herbs.
