Ingredients

- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 strips of bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 2 cups beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped bacon over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onions, pickles, ketchup, mustard, and cooked ramen noodles to the skillet. Mix well.
- Pour in the beef broth and stir until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
