Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 strips of bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped bacon over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add diced onions, pickles, ketchup, mustard, and cooked ramen noodles to the skillet. Mix well.
  5. Pour in the beef broth and stir until combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
