Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a doughnut pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the apple cider, granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fill each doughnut cavity about 2/3 full with the batter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the doughnuts cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
