Baked Chicken Parmesan Sliders are a delicious and easy-to-make dinner option, featuring tender chicken, marinara sauce, and melted cheese on soft slider buns.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and slice it into thin pieces.
  5. In a baking dish, layer the bottom of the slider buns, then add a layer of marinara sauce, followed by the sliced chicken, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Top with the other half of the slider buns.
  7. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
