- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up your breading station with three shallow bowls:
- In the first bowl, mix the flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In the second bowl, crack and beat the eggs until fluffy.
- In the third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- Coat each chicken tender in the seasoned flour, shaking off excess.
- Dip it in the egg mixture, ensuring coverage, then roll in the breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the breaded tenders on a lined baking sheet with space between each.
- Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden-brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Notes
For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free breadcrumbs and flour. These tenders can be prepped ahead and stored in the fridge before baking.
