Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, matcha powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fill the donut pan with the batter, about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the donuts cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- For a sweeter donut, you can add more sugar to the batter.
- These donuts can be topped with a glaze or powdered sugar for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
