  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pulse the fresh salmon fillets in a food processor until finely chopped.
  3. Blend the salmon with breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
