- 2 cups ricotta cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through; drain excess fat.
- Add the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning to the skillet with the sausage; stir to combine.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked ziti, ricotta cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Combine the ziti mixture with the sausage and sauce mixture; stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
