  • 1 pound Italian sausage, casings removed
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through; drain excess fat.
  4. Add the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning to the skillet with the sausage; stir to combine.
