Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Beat together the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and pinch of salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the cream cheese mixture, folding gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in the sliced bananas carefully.
  7. Pour the combined batter into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.

Notes

You can prepare the batter a day in advance and store it in the fridge. Serve with whipped cream, ice cream, or fresh berries for an extra touch.
