Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Beat together the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and pinch of salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the cream cheese mixture, folding gently until just combined.
- Fold in the sliced bananas carefully.
- Pour the combined batter into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
You can prepare the batter a day in advance and store it in the fridge. Serve with whipped cream, ice cream, or fresh berries for an extra touch.
