Description

Delicious BBQ pulled chicken wrapped in crispy samosa pastry, perfect for a snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 package of samosa pastry sheets
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well combined.
  2. Take a samosa pastry sheet and place a spoonful of the BBQ chicken mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the pastry over to form a triangle and seal the edges with a little water.
  4. Repeat with the remaining pastry sheets and filling.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the samosas until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  7. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

  • For a healthier option, you can bake the samosas instead of frying.
