- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 package of samosa pastry sheets
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well combined.
- Take a samosa pastry sheet and place a spoonful of the BBQ chicken mixture in the center.
- Fold the pastry over to form a triangle and seal the edges with a little water.
- Repeat with the remaining pastry sheets and filling.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the samosas until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For a healthier option, you can bake the samosas instead of frying.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of BBQ sauce to your taste.
- These samosas can be made ahead of time and frozen before frying.
