- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup Biscoff cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the vanilla ice cream and crushed Biscoff cookies until well mixed.
- Line a bowl with plastic wrap and press half of the ice cream mixture into the bottom.
- Spread a layer of Biscoff spread over the ice cream layer.
- Add the remaining ice cream mixture on top and smooth it out.
- Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Once frozen, remove from the bowl and drizzle with melted chocolate and whipped cream before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla.
- Make sure to let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for easier slicing.
- Can be made a day in advance for convenience.
