Description

A delicious and indulgent dessert that combines the rich flavors of Biscoff cookies with creamy ice cream, creating a delightful treat for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup Biscoff cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the vanilla ice cream and crushed Biscoff cookies until well mixed.
  2. Line a bowl with plastic wrap and press half of the ice cream mixture into the bottom.
  3. Spread a layer of Biscoff spread over the ice cream layer.
  4. Add the remaining ice cream mixture on top and smooth it out.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  6. Once frozen, remove from the bowl and drizzle with melted chocolate and whipped cream before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla.
  • Make sure to let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for easier slicing.
