Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the glass
Run a lemon wedge or honey along the rim of a chilled martini or coupe glass. Dip the edge into crushed candy cane, shredded coconut, or white sanding sugar for a frosted look. Set aside.
Step 2: Fill the shaker
In a cocktail shaker, combine:
-
2 oz vanilla vodka
-
1 oz coconut cream
-
1 oz white chocolate liqueur
-
Β½ oz peppermint schnapps
-
Optional splash of coconut milk for extra creaminess
Add a generous handful of ice.
Step 3: Shake it like a snow globe
Shake vigorously for 20β30 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled and frothy.
Step 4: Strain and pour
Strain the cocktail into your prepared glass. Watch as the creamy snowstorm swirls into place.
Step 5: Garnish and serve
Top with a sprinkle of edible glitter, coconut flakes, or a fresh mint leaf. You can even float a mini marshmallow snowman on top!
Notes
These bombs are very forgiving, but a few key tips ensure success:
-
Use chilled glasses for longer-lasting frostiness
-
Shake vigorously to create that creamy froth on top
-
Donβt overdo the peppermint schnappsβtoo much and it overwhelms the delicate coconut-vanilla flavor
