Refreshing Blue Raspberry Lemonade combines tart lemon juice with sweet blue raspberry syrup, perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients

- Fresh lemon juice (from about 6-8 lemons)
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 cups water (divided)
- ½ cup blue raspberry syrup
- Blue food coloring (optional)
- Fresh raspberries (for garnish)
- Lemon slices (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water. Place over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let it cool.
- In a large pitcher, mix the freshly squeezed lemon juice, cooled simple syrup, blue raspberry syrup, and 4 cups of cold water. Stir well to blend.
- If desired, add blue food coloring, stirring to achieve the desired hue.
- Taste and adjust with more sugar or water for balance as needed.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill.
- Serve over ice, garnished with fresh raspberries and lemon slices.
Notes
Make-ahead tips: Prepare the simple syrup in advance and store in the fridge for up to a week. Serve chilled for the best taste.
