Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Heat milk and butter until warm, then add to the dry ingredients.
  3. Add the egg and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  7. Spread cream cheese and blueberries over the dough.
  8. Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
  9. Place rolls in a baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  10. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
  11. Drizzle with powdered sugar icing before serving.
