Blueberry Cream Dream Cocktail

  • Author: Jessica
  • Total Time: 8–10 minutes

Ingredients

✨ For 2 cocktails

  • ???? 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries – vibrant berry base

  • ???? 1½ cups ice – crushed or cubes

  • ???? 3 oz vanilla vodka – sweet, smooth kick

  • ???? 1 oz crème de cassis (blackcurrant liqueur) or blueberry liqueur – for rich berry depth

  • ???? ½ cup heavy cream or half & half – creamy texture

  • ???? 1 scoop vanilla ice cream (optional but luxurious)

  • ???? 1 tbsp honey or simple syrup – to taste

  • ???? 1 tsp vanilla extract – adds dessert-like aroma

  • ???? Pinch of salt – enhances flavor and balances sweetness

???? Garnishes (Optional but recommended):

  • ???? Fresh blueberries

  • ???? Whipped cream

  • ✨ Edible glitter or purple sugar

  • ???? Mint sprig

  • ???? White chocolate shavings

Instructions

Step 1: Blend the Berries ????

Add fresh or thawed frozen blueberries to a blender with a bit of water or vodka. Blend until smooth and strain if needed to remove skins/seeds for a silkier texture.

Step 2: Add Liquor & Cream ????????

To the blueberry purée, add:

  • Vanilla vodka

  • Crème de cassis or blueberry liqueur

  • Heavy cream

  • Vanilla ice cream (if using)

  • Vanilla extract

  • Honey or syrup

  • Salt

  • Ice

Blend everything until creamy, frothy, and well combined.

Step 3: Prepare Your Glasses ????

Chill two cocktail glasses or use dessert coupe glasses. For flair, dip rims in honey and purple sanding sugar.

Step 4: Serve & Garnish ✨

Pour into glasses. Top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of edible glitter or sugar, a few fresh blueberries, and a mint leaf.

Step 5: Sip & Swoon ????

Enjoy slowly. It’s rich and dreamy—meant to be savored.

Notes

  • Always strain blended blueberries for an ultra-smooth texture—especially if using frozen

  • Adjust cream quantity to control thickness; more cream = thicker and richer

  • Vanilla vodka makes a huge difference—don’t substitute with plain unless adding more vanilla extract
