A deliciously moist poke cake infused with brown sugar and topped with toffee bits, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup toffee bits
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, brown sugar, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
- Using the end of a wooden spoon, poke holes all over the cake.
- In a small saucepan, heat the caramel sauce until warm and pour it over the cake, allowing it to seep into the holes.
- Sprinkle toffee bits over the top of the cake.
- Let the cake cool completely, then top with whipped topping before serving.
Notes
- For an extra touch, drizzle more caramel sauce on top before serving.
- This cake can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
