Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Gently fold in the cooked tapioca pearls.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with maple syrup.
Notes
- Make sure to cook the tapioca pearls according to package instructions before adding them to the batter.
- For a richer flavor, you can add a splash of vanilla extract to the batter.
