- For the Buffalo Chicken Filling:
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- For the Ricotta Mixture:
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- For the Lasagna:
- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
- In another bowl, combine the cream cheese and mozzarella cheese until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, and onion powder until well blended.
- Spread a thin layer of the buffalo chicken mixture on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the chicken mixture, followed by half of the ricotta mixture, then half of the buffalo chicken mixture.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with the remaining noodles on top.
- Spread the remaining buffalo chicken mixture over the noodles and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

- This lasagna can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days before baking.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
- For a lighter version, substitute the cream cheese with Greek yogurt.
