Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- While the beef is cooking, prepare the vegetables: chop the lettuce, halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the pickles, and dice the red onion.
- Once the beef is cooked, assemble the bowls by adding a base of lettuce.
- Top the lettuce with the cooked ground beef, cherry tomatoes, pickles, red onion, and shredded cheese.
- Drizzle ketchup and mustard over the top as desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your Burger Bowl!
