Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Scallions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until it browns, breaking into small pieces. Drain excess fat.
- Sauté Garlic and Ginger: Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger; let sauté for about 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
- Add Vegetables: Toss in shredded cabbage, sliced bell pepper, and julienned carrots. Cook for 5-7 minutes until tender yet crunchy.
- Season and Toss: Pour in soy sauce and drizzle with sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper, toss together, and cook for an additional minute.
- Serve and Garnish: Serve hot, garnished with chopped scallions.
Notes
Make-ahead tips: Prep vegetables a day ahead; store in an airtight container. For a crispy texture, use an air fryer for the vegetables before mixing in the beef.
