- 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee
- 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix together milk, brewed coffee, caramel sauce, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into jars or containers and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oats and add more milk if desired. Top with additional caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
- For a vegan version, use plant-based milk and ensure the caramel sauce is vegan.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
