  • 1 cup vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk

  • Gingersnap cookies, crushed

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, vanilla pudding mix, milk, pumpkin spice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture gently.
  4. In a trifle dish, layer crushed gingersnap cookies, pumpkin mixture, and caramel sauce.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel on top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
