- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Gingersnap cookies, crushed
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, vanilla pudding mix, milk, pumpkin spice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture gently.
- In a trifle dish, layer crushed gingersnap cookies, pumpkin mixture, and caramel sauce.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use homemade caramel sauce.
- Can be made a day in advance for better flavor melding.
