Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. In a separate pan, melt butter and add sliced bananas and brown sugar, cooking until caramelized.
  7. Serve pancakes topped with caramelized bananas.
