  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread them on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast the cauliflower for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and tender.
  4. In a large skillet, sauté the onion and garlic over medium heat until softened.
