A delicious and easy-to-make copycat recipe of Taco Bell’s Cheesy Quesarito, featuring a cheesy filling wrapped in a warm tortilla.

- 1 large flour tortilla
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup seasoned ground beef
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cooked rice, seasoned ground beef, taco seasoning, and sour cream.
- Lay the large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread the rice and beef mixture in the center of the tortilla.
- Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Drizzle nacho cheese sauce over the cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the rolled quesadilla seam-side down.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
