Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  5. Spread the spinach and artichoke mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the buns.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns on the mixture.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some crushed red pepper flakes.
  • These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
  • Serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
