Delicious sliders filled with cheesy spinach and artichoke dip, perfect for parties or a tasty snack.
Ingredients

- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slider buns
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
- Spread the spinach and artichoke mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the buns.
- Place the top halves of the buns on the mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some crushed red pepper flakes.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- Serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
