Description

Delightful cheesy stuffed mushrooms filled with a savory garlic and Parmesan mixture, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms (cremini or portobello)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms gently and remove the stems.
  3. Melt the butter in a skillet and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add breadcrumbs, Parmesan, salt, and pepper, mixing until combined.
  5. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheesy mixture.
  6. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with parsley before serving warm.

Notes

Stuff mushrooms can be prepared a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
