- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- For the Garlic Yogurt Sauce:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, and beaten egg. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into oval-shaped kofta, about 2-3 inches long.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F).
- Grill the kofta for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
- While the kofta is grilling, prepare the garlic yogurt sauce by mixing yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt in a bowl.
- Once the kofta are done, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the kofta warm with a generous drizzle of garlic yogurt sauce on top.
