- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup rice, uncooked
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, uncooked rice, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the broccoli florets and half of the feta cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Top with the remaining feta cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the rice is tender and the casserole is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
