  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in the kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  5. In a separate pot, cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
