Ingredients

Scale
  • Crust:
    • 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
    • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Filling:
    • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup whipped topping
  • Chocolate Layer:
    • 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
    • 2 cups milk
  • Topping:
    • ½ cup whipped topping
    • Chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  4. In another bowl, beat together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  5. Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated, then spread the peanut butter mixture over the cooled crust.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until thickened, about 2 minutes. Pour the pudding over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  7. Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Before serving, top with additional whipped topping and chocolate shavings for garnish.
