Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, carrots, and celery to the pot, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the diced potatoes, beef broth, salt, pepper, thyme, paprika, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and heat through for another 5 minutes. Remove the bay leaf before serving.
