- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped

- 8 cups cubed bread
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup butter

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Add the onion and celery, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the sage and thyme, cooking for an additional minute.
- In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, sausage mixture, and broth.
- Add melted butter, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown on top.
