Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Additional shredded coconut for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, coconut cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Pour the coconut mixture over the cooled crust and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  8. Before serving, top with whipped cream and additional shredded coconut.
