Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • 1 cup soda water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime slices for garnish
  • Fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the coconut milk, fresh lime juice, and honey or agave syrup. Blend on high until smooth.
  2. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  3. Pour the coconut-lime mixture over the ice and top with soda water. Stir gently to mix.
