    • 1 loaf of French bread
    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • For the Shrimp Filling:
    • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
    • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
    • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt until well combined.
  3. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on both halves.
  4. In another bowl, combine the shrimp, cream cheese, mozzarella, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and black pepper. Mix until the shrimp are well coated.
  5. Stuff the shrimp mixture generously into the hollowed-out bread halves.
  6. Wrap the stuffed bread in aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Unwrap the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the bread is golden and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice into individual servings.
