- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese (sharp cheddar and mozzarella blend)
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese. Mix well.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread a portion of the chicken mixture evenly over it.
- Starting from one end, roll the tortilla tightly to form a pinwheel.
- Using a sharp knife, cut the rolled tortilla into slices about 1 to 1.5 inches thick.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving and arrange on a platter.
Notes
Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 10 seconds if they are cracking when rolling. You can prepare the filling a day in advance.
