Description

Delicious crack chicken pinwheels filled with tender, shredded chicken, creamy ranch dressing, and melted cheese, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (sharp cheddar and mozzarella blend)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese. Mix well.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread a portion of the chicken mixture evenly over it.
  3. Starting from one end, roll the tortilla tightly to form a pinwheel.
  4. Using a sharp knife, cut the rolled tortilla into slices about 1 to 1.5 inches thick.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving and arrange on a platter.

Notes

Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 10 seconds if they are cracking when rolling. You can prepare the filling a day in advance.
